Four months has know passed since this incident in December and we are still fighting a losing battle with this guest house. They keep on asking for receipts for the items that was, which we cannot provide them with as these items was given to me as a gift or it was bought to long ago. But for some reason they don't understand what I am saying. The guest house is still liable for our loss but we will proceed this matter further via a legal route. It makes me sick to my stomach why we must suffer for something that could of been prevented. I have never been treated like this by any guesthouse, they make it so obvious that they will not take responsibility for what happened and they just wont came to a solution. Don't be fooled by the 4 stars luxury accommodation because when something goes wrong, they don't care!
