I've been with Bonitas for about 5yrs, Ive been to see the Dr about2ce since I've started with them, I've been in hospital 2ce, 1emergency (also a problem with Bonitas not paying for that)&1ce for an Op, also payment issues by Bonitas. In the last 2 1/2 yrs Ive been to see my Dr 1ce, I havent used Bonitas for any medication etc in this time. In Jan2013 I used my card for the first time for an amount of R136.50.I mailed them more than a month ago to notify them that I need to see a specialist for eczema. Still no response from them even though I've emailed them again & again. Do they even care about their clients? I've spent R30905.00 with them in the last 2yrs&my premium has recently risen by over R100, that means this year it will be another R16800.So I went to see the Dr &chemist & I still had to pay about35%of the bill for medication which costs only around R500? How is this possible? In the last2yrs I spent R30k with them&I spent almost none of my savings but yet I still have to pay30%of the money when Dr time comes. Not fair Bonitas, not fair, absolutely absurd. All you guys care about is the money&definitely not about your high spending clients. I could've saved that R30k&paid cash for this.
