Fedhealth Medical Scheme
Waiting for 5 months now!!!

I have been waiting for 5 months now for them to e-mail me a confirmation letter stating that I am no longer on there medical aid. I cannot sign at a new medical aid without that letter. Have send them a lot of e-mails and spend hours on the phone but still they do not send the letter.
