Deny receiving claims done by supplie

I'm sittting here with proof in front of me. Black on white and Discovery still deny receiving any claims that was submitted by the service provider. The same situation with two seprate accounts, two different service providers. How the? Nobody gets back after enquiries on several occations and no feedback either. Just promises promises promises. If the can about not receiving the electronic claims that was submitted, why must I trust them with anything else. They are pathetic and incompetent. When phoning you get put through from one person to another and nobody can give any answers, but the out of one mouth claiming that they have not received any claims. I've also faxed the claims and the still deny receiving it. This is absurd!!!
