Unauthorised Debit order - refund required

Being a member of Bonitas, I had to cancel my previous medical aid which was momentum. After a long and complicated talk I've been refunded. but on the 02nd of may I was debited the amount of R666 by momentum while I'm not anymore a member. Need to be refunded I don't understand how they could debit my account without permissions.
