COMPLAINT RE FOLATENG JHB HOSPITAL

To whom it may concern my gran is on the spoornet medical aid i take it is transmed. She is now 86 years old and got ill last week. She has been admitted to the Folateng section of the JHB Hospital. The service that she is getting there is really that of poor service. They really do not assist in any way. She does not get the proper food as she needs to fill in the pamphlet and she cant and the nurses does not give a about her. She cant walk that fast and when going to the bathroom half way she wets herself and then get shouted at by the nurses. The other patients around her has been complaining and also trying to assist by pushing there buttons but was told that they are not allowed to push it for her. I feel this is poor service for a hospital to treat a patient that pays so much from a medical aid this way. I am really unhappy and not sure what to do. She cries every time we get there and this is heart breaking. She is ill she is old and they just don't seem to care. From a medical aid prospective what can we do this is really serious cause how do they treat all the other patients.
