This is our 2nd time @ Avalon & it'll definitely b our LAST! The staff need some serious customer service training. Only Tommy had any form of people skills. Last year upon arrival their was only 1 cart and porter avail to help check in, i mean this is check in day, how can it be. I then took it up with Natasha (duty manager at the time) and nothing was done about it, no apology even. This year we waited forever for assistance to our chalet and eventually ended up walking up ourselves. We then arrive @ our unit only to discover the 1 freezer draw missing (we were told to store our meat in the resort kitchen), then the jacuzzi wasnt working at all (the repair guy told me he cant work late as he is off tomorrow), the bench at the jacuzzi was also broken and just left there. Day 2 - after an afternoon swim we called for a cart to take my pregnant wife and mom back to the chalet. We waited more than 30mins and when we called again we were told they called Tommy long ago. Then when he finally arrived we checked his phone and discovered that he was in fact only just called, literally 1 minute ago. Appalling I tell you. We then approached the duty manage
