Bad attitude of medihelp Broker/Employee

Logged enquiry to join Medihelp at the end of May 2013. Got a call this morning from 0110253982 Nina Russel.

When I answered I asked how I could help her and she responed " No DEAR, you enquired about medihelp".

I advised her that I am a professional person and object to being called "DEAR" by someone I do not know. Further told her that THAT attitude convinced me to stay with Discovery - no matter how expensive they are. Nina said a "word" and then just terminated the call.

I called back to hear if she is a broker or emplyee and she again just terminated the call. This woman should not be dealing with prospective clients!!

Shame on you Nina Russel - you are a rude and arrogant person!!!
