I have been dealing with Sibongile Kunene at the Discovery new business contact centre and I have to say that her service has been dazzling every single time I speak to her.
She trully makes my calls to Discovery painless. She is the type of person who will stay on the line until problems are resolved and emails are received. I deal with clients who when they send applications they want instantanious feedback and I can trully say she understand my frustration when I call in.
