WHAT A PLEASURE

Last week some time I dropped my bag containing my cell phone and kindle, resulting in both breaking beyond repair. Not having much faith I did however contact my insurer (Alexander Forbes) and was very fortunate to deal with Tshepo. What an awesome attitude etc!! He sorted me out in no time and kept me informed all the way. He is also a very well spoken and it was such a pleasure to deal with him.

I must admit I was looking at migrating to Discovery Insure but after my dealings with Tshepo I'm very happy to stay with Alexander Forbes.

We need a few more of Tshepo in the working place. Give that man a Bells!!
