FALSE INFORMATION

Hi there,

I was submitted to hospital in Dec and diagnosed with Gout.
It was an emergency so I thought that the hospital cover would cover it, BUT TURNS OUT has to come from my MSA savings. I was then told via a call from Discovery that I could submit it once I receive my 2013 MSA savings.
I was sent a special form to fill in too submit for 2012 with 2013 MSA savings...

TO CUT this all short - DISCOVERY NOW refuses to settle the account, as it happened in 2012 with no MSA savings available. Although I was told over the phone I can use the 2013 savings... I WOULD appreciate if this call I listened to, and that I be contacted so THAT THIS MATTER can be solved as I do not want to GET BLACK LISTED...

I AWAIT A CALL SO WE CAN COME TO A CONCLUSSION ON THIS...
