Service with NO smile

I would like to nominate Bergbron Dental Centre as the worst facility in the country.

I had to wait 25 minutes in in the reception area, without being told why the dentisit cannot honour my appointment time. And when I asked to see the Practice Manager, I was told that he went out for a smoke!

This is the most unprofessional and incompetent service I have ever had from this practice, and I will make sure that everyone knows how badly this place is operating.
