Bought a red couch from the Bree Akhona furnisher store and confirmed with them if they have it in red and they said yes and they said they deliver same day but they cannot that time because it was raining and we got there at 5 late, they then promised to deliver late the next day which was yesterday, we waited waited and waited and they did not deliver, when calling today I get told they do not have that color in stork, mind you we already paid and it was confirmed that they had now they no longer have, and they saying I need to use my petrol again and go from Florida for Joburg CBD to get my money .please tell me how is that fair after waiting my time they must waste my petrol aswell.
