I give thumbs up to Akhona

I went to Shoprite Cosmo City on wednesday after hours to query about money i sent at the shoprite and the person i sent money said it was withdrawn, and the Akhona at money market desk said to me she can only check with head office during office hours 08:00am - 17h00 and i said i'm working far from the shoprite and she said to me leave the receipt i (Akhona) will call head office and i will give you feedback the following day of which she did call me around 12:00pm and inform me money was withdrawn at Sontonga Mall, i would the thank shoprite for giving their staff a best training on how to go extra miles to help customer thats what i call best customer service thank you shoprite and Akhona for helping me trace the money, once more big up to Akhona
