I got into a credit agreement with the store where I bought a wardrobe in January 2013.The wardrobe was delivered 2 days after the deal has been finalised, I assembled the drawers myself and to my suprise the screws were not properly fitting on the handle's and one of the drawers broke down, this really dissapointed me as i wasnt expecting such. An After Sales Agent phoned me wanted to know wether i am happy and i told her am not am actually going to the store so that they can attend to it, she even said she'll also let the Store Manager know about this. I went to the store on two occassions and i was told that they will come pick it up and take it for repairals even today i still havent heard anything from there and im sick and tired their empty promises, So I therefore want JD to bring me a new wardrobe and they should also ensure that everything is in order and whereever there is something that need to be assembled it should be done by them, What JD Sammy Marks is doing is contradictory to the Consumers Right as Stipulated by the CPA.They have my contact details and my sisters contact details but they failed to act immidiately when the matter was brough to their attention
