Sitting with an un-assembled wardrobe

Good Day
I bought a kitchen unit and a wardrobe at Akhona in Bree street on Thursday 05th March and was told they will deliver the following day and come on Saturday to assemble everything. I had to stop all my plans waiting for them but they didnt come, again on Saturday they didnt come even today still they not coming.
I would like to know how long does it take for them to keep their promise or because I paid money is on their side its over, they actually dont care if the job is complete or not. This is actually unfair since I also took a day off today thinking they will come.
