If you ever have a problem with ps3 dont bother taking it in for repairs with these guys, you would think because they are affiliated with Toys r Us that they are good. I 1st took my ps3 for repairs in January and they diagnosed as problem with my lens, I have brought my machine 3times after with the same problem and they failed to fix it. Now they say my machine is out of warranty and removed warranty sticker which was neva there and machine was in their possession for the past 7days why is only coming up now. They even want me to pay for delivery of my unrepaired back to Toys r Us. They claim by me playing fifa 12 it corrupts the hardware and that is a contributor... pure incompetence hiding behind red tape... how does warranty apply when they failed to fix it from the onset?
