Taking my money without supplying product

I ordered a Bamboo Keyboard and mouse from Gadgets-R-us online, and paid the full amount on 1 December 2012. After numerous correspondences, Riaan from Gadgets-R-us admitted that they are having problems with the supplier and promised to refund me the full amount of R 985. However, he never did the refund and after 5 months I have not received product, neither refund. R 985 may be small change for some customers, but I actually had to save up to be able to buy this product.
