Six weeks ago I took my phone in to Samsung for repairs and was told it would take a couple of days. A week later I was told they were waiting for spares. Another week passed and I was told spares were not available and the phone would be replaced. Another four weeks have passed and there is still sign of my phone. I am unable to get hold of anyone by phone at Samsung as I am just put on hold until I get cut off. This service really stinks.
