I've ordered on the 09/08/2013 spares for my Samsung refrigerator. The salesperson took my details and told me that they will phone me when the parts arrive. I phoned them today and ask if the spare arrived? Theo told me yes the spares arrive last week already, but no one phoned me to tell that the spares arrived. I've send my driver to pay and pick up the spares, he got back with only half of the parts. Now I try to phone them but the phone is only ringing. Eventually some rude woman pick up the phone and told me that there is no one to help me. According to her, Theo was on lunch and the other people was busy. I ask to speak to the owner of the company and then she hang up the phone. What happened to customer service? I don't think that this is the way that Samsung would like them to treat their customers as they are a Samsung dealer! Poor Service!!!
