Terrible service

I took my phone in for repairs sometime end of May. everytime I've spoken to someone I get told different stories. I should've received my phone about 3 times by now from what I've been told by these people but every D day when I should've received my phone. I call in only to be told that they're waiting for spares. So why do I get given faulse expectations. this is the 6th week and still waiting for spares. I WANT MY PHONE!!!
