Poor service on warranty claim

Electronics and household app.

Now into our 7th week since reporting our dishwasher error code to Samsung. We where initially passed to the agent responsible for repairs who told us they would order spares, then incorrect spares have arrived, then cannot get spares for the particular machine and Samsung will be replacing with a new machine.

Followed up after a week or two on when machine will arrive, passed from pillar to post at the agent and after no response from the owner after sending an email I contacted Samsung again, their response ok we ordering in parts from out of country, machine will be fixed by 4 Feb. 4 Feb comes and goes, no contact no nothing from anyone and no dishwasher, followed up with senior person at Samsung via mail, Samsung senior person responds will phone me tomorrow morning when he has all the facts. This does not happen, however agent phones and arranges for installation of replacement machine which is a display unit at a local store and is brand new.

Guess what? Replacement dishwasher gets stuck on various cycles and also has a heating problem. New machine??? someone Is taking the Micky!

End result, still no operational dishwasher.
