Bad Service

On the 28 July 2013, I took my Pink Nikon Coolpix S2600 Camera in for repair under warranty.

I dealt with Ross Hutchinson who informed me that my camera will be taken in to be repaired and he will contact me when my camera is ready for collection.

I has been almost 3 months later and I have still not recieved any feedback on my repair.

I have called the b ranch several time to follow up and either have been ignored or had the phone put down in my ear.

This is not what i expected from Fotocats and their staff.

I am still awaiting my camera with no feedback.
