IPHONE CALL PROBLEM

I have purchased an iPhone 5. My problem is that when i am on a call and a message or sms or instand message comes through the whole phone will vibrate in my ear and the person on the otherside will be able to hear this disturbance. It is the most annoying thing ever and there is no way to disable this unless i totally disable the vibrate mode which is not a workable solution. I receive lots of messages so you can only imagine how annoying this is.

Please kindly assist as you have not responded to the feedback requests i have posted on yourwebsite.

I am so frustrated that i an now even thinking of going back to my previous phone.
