Terrible service, bad quality

I recently purchased the new Samsung Note 10.1 from FNB. After 6 months, I now find the product to be defective. I have sent the tablet in twice for repairs to Smartlab, as advised by a Samsung call centre agent and now find myself paying for the tablet when I dont even have it in my position. Whilst Samsung is a market leader, this being the first Samsung tablet or phone purchased, I find the quality is very poor if the product breaks after only 6 months. I also noticed that when I received the tablet back from Smartlab, it had a "dink" on it. How can you send a product in and receive it in a worse condition -SHOCKING. It now makes me question if buying a new SAMSUNG LED TV last month was the best decision I made. They are leaders in the market but features is not more important than quality.
