I recently got myself a Samsung galaxy note 10.1, just because of the S-pen technology that it offered. I now need
Replacement tips for the pen, and have been sent from pillar to post by Samsung SA. After more than a week of emails and phone calls i finally get told that the tips for the pen is not available and that i would have to purchase a new pen at a cost of R279.99. Had i have known this i would rather have got a ipad.. Samsung u! I will never in my life buy any product from samsung again..
