Won't reimburse customer to fix their OWN problem

Electronics and household app.

SmartLab accepted my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 1 [GT-N7000]) for repairs in July 2013 (Job nr CSA153826). As part of their repair process they had to reinstall the operating software. When I got the phone back I was told all was in order. At home I realized my phone "started up" in Turkish and had software on it that wasn't spesific to the South African region. Please note that the phone was issued on a South African Vodacom contract and that everything was IN English and REGION SPESIFIC to South Africa before all of this. I took the phone back to them to be reinspected (new Job nr CSA158766). On collecting the phone they explained to me that they have tried everything but that they couldn't sort out the Turkish boot up. I was given the phone.
I then went to the Samsung Customer Care Center in Century City (0215515534) for help (job nr CPTS-0837290). They sorted out the problem but charged me for the service.
I went back to SmartLab to explain to them that a problem created by them, which they then couldn't fix was sorted out by a different company. Thus SmartLab must reinburse me. They where obstructive & claimed it wasn't their fault. I only got my money after a huge fight.
