Trying to get some support from this customer care team has been impossible, from ignoring my complaints/requests, to lying to me (, call you by 10AM tuesday morning, which Tuesday???) Got the all lot.
Got a brand new Sony car radio in Dec.2012, now can not get new face, model has been discontinued and no parts available -DEC.2012!!! Passing the buck to Greenvision does not help, i bought and paid for a Sony car radio in S.A., not a grey-import product. YOUR PRODUCT, YOUR PROBLEM, solve the problem, you get paid a salary to support customers. Not the first time getting sh''''t service from Sony regarding bad service, they here to sell items and offer no support. Will change brands in future for sure, you guys!!!
