Bad Service by Mobile Repeater - No Refund as prom

We purchased a repeater for [URL Removed] to boost our cell phone and 3G signal in January. We were assured by Ryan that delivery will be 3 to 5 working days. We called and emailed them weekly.
By February we got a call from TNT couriers that they need all our detail to get the repeater through customs and of course a fee of R431.91 for import duties and R439.00 for storage. Ryan assured us that we will be paid by Angela Tarallo [Email Removed] . To date this has not been refunded back to us as promised.
We ended up dealing with another American sounding guy named Josh Van Rensburg [Email Removed] who made the same promises to refund us, but nothing ever was paid back.
4 Months later we received a dented repeater and paid an extra cost of R900. For the price you pay it's a poor product that only boots our signal by one bar.
You can be guaranteed that you will never get your money back from them, as the money back guarantee is only valid for 10days and you only get your product after 4 months.
