Samsung service terrible

Electronics and household app.

I took out a contract with MTN in December last year. I took a Samsung S2, changing from years with Blackberry. Within the 7days I went back as the phone was switching iself off. I then had to wait for another phone. Which was a inconvience as I had to find a phone to use in that time. I had no internet service, which was another inconvience as I could not get emails etc. I got my phone back. Now it has been about month that I have been having problems with the new phone. I cannot send emails, there is a echo of my voice when speaking on the phone, red line when taking a picture at night etc... I have been to two different cellphone shops and they could not tell me what is wrong. I have given my phone in at MTN to send it away. So once again I had to get a phone and once again have no internet access. I use my phone for business purposes.. I thought yesterday that I would contact Samsung. I have now contacted them 4 times and each time been promised somebody will call me back.. Very disappointed in the Samsung brand and their service
