Msi great product after sale service

Bought a brand new msi gx60 1ac, the backlit was not working at all and gfx card was under performing. The people at Evetech were I bought the laptop from send it in on the 28th of February still no laptop. Paying anything over 10k for a laptop you would expect it to work out of the box. What kind of SLA are they working under? Evetech has been following up with msi on a daily basis and im really getting tired with the response still with msi warranty department.
