Troublesome cellphone

Good Day

A Samsung Galaxy Y Pro was purchased by myself in October 2012. I experienced problems with my phone in December relating to cellphone signal. This was duly dropped off at Cell C, Davenport Centre. After 3weeks my phone has been returned to me however I can no longer access WI-FI signals. I have checked all settings so this can be ruled out. Furthermore, it has been noticed that the phone operates very slowly which was never the case. Please may somebody assist me with this phone. I am desperate as this phone is used for business purposes and it is very inconvenient to be without a phone whilst on service for 21days. This service by samsung has been very disappointing.
