BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

28/2/13 I bought an iPad mini online as a birthday gift for my daughter made payment with credit card. This is what the shipping policy states... "Any items that show as 'in stock' will be couriered to within 72 hours of confirmation that your payment reflects in our bank account. Deliveries to the major cities in South Africa is usually 72 hours and is delivered, to your door. Larger items may take a day longer. Deliveries to smaller centers may take a few days." I called customer service on the 7/3/13 to see where my delivery is and was told it was due to be delivered that day, it was not delivered!!! I called on the 8/3/13to say that I am still waiting for my delivery and was given a waybill number and the number of the courier in other words i now had to follow it up with the courier!!! i got hold of the courier who said that a delivery attempt was made on the 08th March was there was no answer so the parcel was sent back, I then asked why no one had called as and was told no special instruction was given to call and it would be delivered on Monday, I called on Monday and was told it was not sent out for delivery and they will send it out on Tuesday again 12 days later!!!
