Samsung Promises but do not delive

Electronics and household app.

My Samsung Galaxi S4 was water damaged. I had the Warranty in place where they would repair it should this happen. I took it in to TM Electronics in Springfield Park Durban. After 3 Weeks I was told they could not complete this repair as Samsung can not send them the file to write the IMEI on my phone. I have been in constant contact with Samsung. Their Customer Service Help line is honestly up to nothing. The Operators can't help and the refuse to put you through to the Supervisor. I was told 4 times that my calls are being escalated. I manage to get the email that was sent from the VOC Department to TM Electronics where they said that my phone now needs to be replaced. I have a total of 32 emails all of which I made contact first where they assured me that I will get my phone on Wednesday this week. On Wednesday I was told that no MTN store in Durban is answering their phone and no one seems to have stock of my phone. Yesterday I was again promised that someone will contact me - to no avail... I still do not have my new phone and have no idea when I will receive it.. I have been without a phone for 6 weeks now and every day I am being promised something else...
