I have a complain against Fredman & Cohen for the fact that i bought a 32" LG TV and send it in to the for repairs as they quoted me R1.700.00 for repairs that they said it my signal board that packed up. Also spoke to LG S.A and they also could not help me and said that i was just 1 of the unlucky ones and i find it unacceptable to pay for a TV repair R1.700.00 and its only 1 year and 3 months old where i am prepared to pay at least R700.00 but not more. If i wanted to buy a new TV then i would not bother even to repair that one but because i have big respect for LG but know for the service i am getting from the and the dealer i have to say i will never ever recommend any one to buy LG again. Thank you.
