UNAVAILABILITY OF DRAINING HOSES FOR DISHWASHER

ON 06 DECEMBER 2012 WE ORDERED A DW-FN320 OUTLET PIPE FOR OUR DISHWASHER.

TO DATE, 27 FEBRUARY 2013, WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM AS ORDERED.

WE ALSO HAVE RECEIVED NO COMMUNICATION OR CORRESPONDENCE FROM THE STORE REGARDING THE DELAY OR PROBLEMS WITH OUR ORDER.

WE HAD TO VISIT THE STORE ON 3 VARIOUS OCCASIONS FROM 27 DECEMBER 2012 - 27 FEBRUARY 2013 TO STILL RECEIVE INCOMPETENT SERVICE AND THE PERSONS THAT ARE WORKING THERE IS FOR NO REASON FIT TO HANDLE ORDERS OR COMPLAINTS BECAUSE EVERY TIME YOU GO THERE TO ENQUIRE WHETHER THE DRAINING HOSE HAS ARRIVED AND THEY JUST PULL UP THEIR SHOULDERS WITH NO RESPONSE. IN NO WAY WAS A RESPONSE RECEIVED TO SAY IT WILL BE FOLLOWED UP.

I THINK THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR SAMSUNG AS IT IS SAID BY THEIR BRAND STORE IN ILANGA MALL THAT THE "HEAD OFFICE" DOESN'T HAVE STOCK.

THE ONLY PROOF I HAVE IS AN EMAIL SENT BY SAMSUNG BRAND STORE ILANGA MALL TO AN "ERIKA" ON 06 DECEMBER 2012, AND FURTHER THAN THAT PATHETIC!

WHAT IS THE USE IF I PURCHASED AN EXPENSIVE DISHWASHER AT SAMSUNG BUT AS AT CURRENT I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO USE MY MACHINE FOR 2 MONTHS.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!
