On the 22 November 2012 the was promotion in MTN store of buying a phone together with the samsung 32"LED TV, I entered in that contract since that day but in december 2012 i had a problem with the volume of my tv and i complain several times (December, January, March and May) at samsung head office and no one seems to attend my problem. Your assisstance will be highly appreciated
