I bought a washing machine as a part of a promo in December. Two months later they have not fulfilled any promises they made - to collect old machine, 500 rand gift voucher and one week supply washing liquid. I have called a million times and am told they are 'too busy' to take a complaint???! Shame on you Samsung I am totally dusgusted and feel cheated. Your customer service is beyond pathetic you! Next time it's LG all the way!!!
