30 Day challenge Spam

Based on the 30 Day Challenge promotion that was running at the end of the year in 2012 I decided to replace my old washing machine. According to the promotion I was supposed to get a R500 trade in voucher as well as Omo liquid wachine powder. And then they were supposed to collect my old washing machine.
I bought a new washing machine from Game in November 2012 and registered for the 30 Day challenge on the Samsung website on 3 December 2012.
They called me to collect the old washing machine and to drop off the voucher and washing powder and arranged to pick up the machine on 28 December. They never showed up.
I followed up a couple of times and even wrote a complaint on their website on 17 January 2013. Still no contact or feedback.
I just feel it is false advertising. I would never have bought the washing machine if it was not for the promotion - which is clearly FALSE advertsing. I am very disappointed that a reputable name like Samsung cannot deliver on their promises.
