SONY HAVING EXCESSIVE MARKUPS WITH NO REGULATION

In November 2012 I was sold a demo Sony 3D personal viewer HMZ-T1 By salesperson Kirk @ Canal Walk Sony Centre who basically & said that this will be the last model of its kind in the country & since this was a demo with slight scratches he was willing to give R500 off. It was really expensive @ intially R8999-00 then I eventually paid R8499-00 because even though it was slightly used-I found it to be a useful device. To my anger about 3 weeks later I saw the same device-BRAND NEW advertised @ R3999 @ Sony Centre Waterfront where I threw a tantrum about being ripped off & a very helpful gentleman by the name of Zaheer tried to help me by calling Canal Walk & spoke to Kirk. I brought the device back for a balance refund & Kirk from Canal Walk to Zaheer @ Waterfront stating that the device was brand new when bought & Zaheer saw it slightly scratched? That's why I got a discount because it was a demo model!! I had been waiting for a reply which was diverted & stalled on numerous occasions till the special ended on 31/01/2013 so I wouldn't get a refund! The buck was passed from a Kegan to Harry to lastly Andre Reddy basically the matter was out of his hands. This is disgusting
