R40000 rand tv and no assistance

I purchased a new 70" R550A television and have tried to use the advertised functionality, such as wifi streaming to the device, but the online support and manuals are useless. Please bear in mind you are not dealing with an, I understand DLNA and networking as I stream to a number of devices. The tv does not have the menu items listed in the manual, the call centre is pathetic (seems there is only 1 technician at Sony and he was on lunch), so I mailed, got one poorly articulated mail with stuff I've already done, I responded and heard nothing again. Mailed Sony USA and received another template email, with Internet links, which I had followed previously. No one at sony seems to care or to be able to comprehend basic english. 40K on a TV, this is the last thing I buy from Sony, and I spend alot on electronics. you are absolutely useless. MHL does not function on the device, The online Sony network app on the device, only has bollywood movies, oh and that was not acknowledged in any of my mails. I'd call again but your technician may be having coffee.
