Dyson Vacuum cleaner - great service

I bought a vacuum cleaner from a local retailer 2 years ago. A couple of parts have been damaged or worn out. Was initially told that that it would take 3 weeks to get to Cape Town, fixed and returned but after some pushing got hold of the supplier in Cape Town who said no problem, all under guarantee, send through proof of payment and it will be couriered to you door to door in a couple of days. And it was. That's what I call service. Dyson is an expensive make BUT carries a five year guarantee and there was absolutely no charge for the parts - that's what I call a good product. Well done!
