Hirsch's
Pathetic service

I bought a Dyson Ball vacuum cleaner that has a 5 year guarantee/warranty, but once this machine starts giving trouble, it never ends. Twice booked in for two different problems within 3 years. Dyson is not worth the money.

Hirsch's service is fine until it comes to the point where they need to shift the blame to the brand company, who are based in Cape Town, and my machine is 8 days gone where my house is collecting dust and dirt that is causing problems for my kids.

I am forced to buy another vacuum because of this pathetic sales practice from Hirsch's.

Never will i buy from Hirsch's because of this problem.
