Dyson Vacuum Cleaners
Bad Service from Dyson, stay away!

The first problem i got with Dyson is that they are based in Cape Town. So because I had a second problem with my machine, and since I'm based in Centurion, it takes days to get to CT. I am waiting just over two weeks now for my machine, and my kids are picking up allergies due to dust etc. building up.

The second problem I have is that Dyson South Africa don't seem to be competent. After the machine comes back from its first problem, they, Dyson some how manage to cause more damage to the machine which creates further problems.

I would advise everyone to buy a simple/cheap machine that lasts two years rather then buying a Dyson, because at the end of the day, I need to buy another machine all over again.
