Good day

Please advise why am I billed R450 when I was not advised that it would cost this amount.
I called in to your offices last week to advise that my gate is giving me similar problems before the electricians came out.
I spoke to Riana who said she will get my details of the last job done and call me back of when a technician can come see what the problem is.
Nowhere in that conversation was there talk of costs!?
Out of the blue I got a call that the electrician was at my premises while I was at work and they fixed the problem.
They did not consult as to how much it would cost, what needed to be done. I thought a free quotation first before resolution was your policy?
They just left not explaining anything not even to my helper.
Please advise if this is the sort of business practices you give most of your customers.
