Good day
I was at the Telkom mobile offices in Centurion this morning, The technician with the name Motebang Mofolo, he worked with the phone for at least an hour, and return, His comments was that he tested the phone with a different sim card and that the mobile data connected and working fined, He replaced the sim card again, and advise that there is a profile problem. And that he must arrange for the profile to be corrected, He also advise that the problem will be fixed before 11h00 and that he will contact me at 11h00 and to provide feedback, At I tried to contact him at 12h30, and was unable to get hold of him, I send him and sms at 12h43 where he replayed at 12h53, and advise that he is in a meeting and will contact me as soon as he is out of the meeting, I send him another sms at 15h15 and again at 15h43, I am still waiting feedback from as my problem is still not fixed. We are entering the end of week 4, Can you please provide me with higher escalation details or a member at senior management, As I get frustrated with this issue as my problem is not getting resolved, everybody tell me the something and replacing sim cards, but the profile issue is not getting resolved
