Poor Attitude towards clients

I called Motolek Roodepoort on Monday (14 January 2013) to book a call out since my car broke down over the weekend and it was found that it is an electrical problem and I need to consult an auto electrician. Diane advised me that the earliest call out can only be attended to on either Tuesday (15 January 2013) or Wednesday (16 January 2013) which I was happy with and that the call out fee would be R450. Furthermore I was told that I will be contacted as soon as the call out was dispatched. On Wednesday the call out finally came but to my dismay I was informed that my car will not me checked at my property and that it will be towed to their workshop. After the service technician phoned Diane and I spoke to her, I was treated very sarcastically by her and stated that she never told me that my car will be serviced at my premises. After an argument of "She said/I heard", the phone was handed over to Dawie who made it clear that I was mistaken in the fact that my car will be serviced at my house and that Diane would never have said anything relating as such. Summary, I've been stranded without a car for the most of the week and now need to consult another auto electrician.
