Another 1st Electrical

On 27/8 I called Another 1st Electrical to send an electrician to my home in Rondebosch to tend to an electrical problem. On arrival and after investigating the fault, he told me that he had to replace the Earth Leakage and that it would cost about R 3 500.00 (ex VAT & call-out fee). I have no experience or knowledge in this field and was forced to accept his word. He fixed the problem and I paid via the internet an amount of R 4 269.00. The next day I called the Another 1st office in Johannesburg and asked them what this service should cost. They said that it should be somewhere between R 1 500 and R 1 600. They advised me to write an email to head office to complain. I did that and 7 days later I have not received a response. I called again and they promised to respond on the same day. Still no response.
