Washing machine faulty

Good day my Vincent Moyane bought 15kg washing machine 22 march cash at thula mall, we went to collect the machine at their storage in Thulamahashe there was no machine I was told the stock will be delivered the following it was not delivered. I went to the shop to inquire the ended giving me the one that was on display because it was urgent and it's been long we've been waiting I agreed to take the one that was on the 7th of April. At home when they used it they find that the spin knob doesn't stop it spin until they go turn it to stop it.i went to the store to complain I was told they will send a technician to come check for it. we don't want it fixed since it was a demo we want it replaced. even after complaining no one called I want it resolved ASAP before I take it further.
