Problem with self squeeze mop

I bought a self squeeze addis Mop from pick n pay cornubia at the end of Dec... It doesn't squeeze as it supposed to.. We have to do it manually... It leaves water stains on the floor..i paid over 200 for the Mop.. It was a waste of money.
